Potty Power – For Boys & Girls [Parent's Pick]

##Why We Chose It:

There are a lot of Potty training DVDs which promise immediate results, but few have delivered. One of the potty training DVDs that caught my immediate attention was Potty Power DVD. With its empowering title and colorful DVD cover, I decided to give it a shot. The best thing about the Potty Power DVD is its interactive feature. The songs used for various topics introduced in this video are pretty catchy. Your child can even relate to what is happening in the video because Potty Power DVD shows the kids sitting on the potty and going through all the steps of potty training like: what to do while you're sitting on the potty, how to wipe from front to back, how to flush, and how to wash your hands.

##Cons:

Some parents may find the concept of “big kid vs. baby kid” a bit patronizing in this video. Others also find the video amateurly-produced, similar to that of a home-made video.

##Features:

* Format: Closed-captioned, Color, DVD-Video, NTSC

* Language: English

* Region: Region 1 (U.S. and Canada only. Read more about DVD formats.)

* Number of discs: 1

* Run Time: 30 minutes

In a nutshell, Potty Power DVD has definitely lived up to our expectations.  We give this product a two-thumbs up because even with its minor drawback, children are successfully potty-trained with the help of this video.  Potty training can now become an exciting experience for both the parents and the child.
